Waves:
This project explores the symbolic relationship between waves and the female body, viewing them as two elements that share the same qualities of fluidity, transformation, strength, and serenity. She sees in the waves a reflection of feminine emotions. The project aims to express the intrinsic connection between humanity and nature, while highlighting the inner energy of women as an extension of nature’s own power. It also seeks to explore the visual and symbolic dialogue between the body and the waves, between stillness and movement, and between emotion and matter.
Materials and Techniques:
The artworks were created using plaster and resin, with the distinctive qualities of each material employed to serve the concept and enhance the visual expression of the project.
